The CIC will create the first chocolate world-class school in Peru. We will provide the following services:

1. Chocolate production comprehensive training.

2. Cacao and chocolate tasting courses, fundamental for determining quality of the final product.

3. Development of formulations that will provide customized solutions to each client.
